The Angeles University Foundation-College of Computer Studies (AUF-CCS), the Center of Excellence in I.T. Education, whose aim is to promote quality Information Communication Technology (ICT) education in the region will be holding a seminar – workshop with the theme "Linux: The Cutting Edge", with Professor Joel G. Pira, Linux Guru of the University of Asia and the Pacific as the resource speaker.

Our main objective is to equip faculty members in the region with an in-depth technical-know- how of Linux operating system. This will be held on April 2, 2009 Thursday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. at Information Technology Training Center (ITTC),AUF, Angeles City. Basic knowledge in Linux is recommended to fully maximize the laboratory sessions.

In this regard, we cordially invite you and your I.T. faculty members to attend the said seminar-workshop. Please register for your confirmation of attendance through e-mail

A registration fee of P650.00 will be collected to cover meals and other expenses.
